Okay so today’s super awesome subject is “Happy for no reason”.

This method of thinking is used by several celebrities, none more so then the author, Marci Shimoff. Who wrote the book.

So what does this mean for you?

Simply put, if you can be happy for no reason that just means things go your way, let me elaborate, Marci uses a powerful analogy which really makes sense.

“Imagine a pearl necklace, now happiness is a pearl that goes on the necklace. So it can be moved around. BUT now imagine if the thread that held the pearls together was happiness? This would mean that what ever emotion you are wearing that day, there’s an underlying tone of happiness”…. So pretty much get happiness going in your life.

There is a big problem we face in society today…. We rely on outside stuff to make us happy, including people. This is a massive misconception which ends many people up in what is now known as a depressive cycle…. Let me elaborate further on this, the Depressive Cycle is, you feel bad, so you go get drunk/do something stupid to harm your body, then you feel good for a day…. Then that emotion comes gushing back in and bam your back to drinking yourself stupid/stupid stuff that harms you….you get the picture here right?

I know far to many people who put themselves in “happy” moods when they have a boyfriend/girlfriend but then it ends in a horrible fashion, usually cheating, horrible break ups, etc. This is because that person does not love themselves and is not at a happier frequency… A great quote comes to mind….

“The world is like a big mirror, it’s reflecting your inner world”

So to total this up, when you open up your heart to feeling happy because you are you… you will find people and many great things coming your way. This is a law of the universe. So how you become happy for no reason is gonna be in the next post.
