Hey guys,

I was re-reading  multiple streams of inspiration volume 2. Which a lot of my friends have wrote in. So while I was reading one of the co-authors, whose name escapes me, has a chapter called, “The 4 Aces of Success”. Now his variation is freaking awesome, so awesome I am adding it to the November Report! But the really cool part is I am going to give you an overview of what each ace is to me and how to apply it (This is in another post)…

Ace of Spades: Besides this being one of the best songs by Motorhead, this is known as either a calling card by US Marine Corps or Green Berets in war.

But it really hits home when I took on board what it meant. This is the ace of spades, meaning you have to dig for your success. And you can’t use a teaspoon, you have to use a shovel or a spade. If you have support around you, people will help you dig. You will dig deeper and push yourself through pain and high water just to get to your “deeper resources”… By this I mean also have a purpose.

It’s like if I told you there was gold right in your garden, you were certain, you began to dig, but with a spoon it will take you ages to get there. But imagine if you got a shovel, then got your friends involved? Now your gonna make some kick ass progress. That is what the Ace of Spades is seen by me… Being able to dig deep to get what you want.

Ace of Diamonds: You have to know what you are worth, this is also about how sharp you are… I mean that in an image, witty and charismatic manner, because you have to have those traits to succeed in every field of work. Knowing your worth, builds not only your self-esteem but your perception. See when you see yourself as a worthy person, people see you as just that, someone worthy of their time, money and someone to spend fun times with.

To honestly become more and more like a diamond. You need to develop your natural talents and bring in some new habits .

Ace of Clubs: This is your association with people. Who do you associate with, are they good or bad for you? The fact is, if you hang out with 3 good people who are always kicking ass and pursuing there goals and dreams, you will to. Even if you hang with 2 more people who are lazy. You won’t reach them as quickly but you will reach them. BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT if you stay around 5 positive or negative people you will either be, super charged and hit your goals (Positive people) or you will be super lazy and always bitch and moan about your life (Negative people). The best way to change this is to take inventory of your life and really understand who you should be hanging with. (More on this later).

Ace of Hearts: Probably the biggest and most important out the four. It’s all about the love and support you get from those close to you but more importantly its about the heart and determination you have. This is vital to any venture, work or project, simply because if you have no heart you have no chance of succeeding! Sorry but that’s just true, find your passion, kick lots of ass and plough through until you reach it. Though this also is a bit hard for those who don’t know how to access it. Try different things, maybe its competition that stimulates you to do your best or just shear aggression! What ever it may be make sure you use it to keep you going!

Okay so that’s my view on the 4 aces but I will go into some more info on this in the November Report!

Also as a Side note, sorry I haven’t posted in a while, I’ve been busy with work and playing Assassins creed 2. It’s freaking awesome!
