  • UFC 117 – Results are in…

    Hey guys,

    Okay so UFC 117 just ended and the 2 big fights I had were Matt Huges’ fight against Almeida and Anderson Silva’s fight against Chael Sonnen…

    Briefly on Matt’s fight, good one on you dude, you kicked ass and got a submission, show’s if you train hard you can keep fighting….

    Now onto this interesting bout.

    Anderson Silva (my favourite to win) was getting pounded for 4 and a half rounds, this guy was beaten up and I guess Chael Sonnen delivered on his word….

    But he didn’t walk out the champion…

    Here’s the thing, UFC 117 is on tonight and I can’t wait to see the results to the fights, you have Clay Guida who is looking in the best shape of his career.

    Earlier this week on ESPN, Clay’s team mate Rashad Evans, went on to say that,

    “Clay’s been training really hard with Greg Jackson, and has been running up the Sand dune hills with someone on his back”

    That stuff ain’t easy…
