Adil here back with some more info on how you can apply the forgiveness rule.
Rusty made a really good observation, that if we were to forget our past we would essentially forget who we are.
Which, by the way is an excellent thing to say because it means Rusty is really curious.
Well truth be told this is how I want to answer it, if we are holding on to who we were then how can we become who we want to be? Not only that but why would you hold on to something that causes you pain? If it’s for the hero’s story, trust me it isn’t worth it, I know I’ve been there and it was a painful climb outta that pit.
Okay so onto todays lesson from JQ and the team of forgivers
. So last time you learned that you gotta forgive your past so it can clear the blocked road of manifestation. Today you are going to learn why it is important to be aware.
Awareness is when you are able to identify successfully what is happening to and around you, in this sense at least. So to go into depth here I mean to say our awareness is to know that we are not a feeling, we are not an emotion…WE are after all a spiritual being who is having a human experience rather then being a human being having a spiritual experience…. With that being said do you think you can be an emotion?
Because an emotion can change like crazy and it’s pretty easy to do. Imagine you just earned $20million dollars tomorrow, then half way through celebrating you lose your dad/bestfriend/girlfriend/boyfriend/spouse/child, etc….anyone really how quickly will you go from amazingly happy to completely saddened? I’m going to go with a lot because it hurts to lose someone you love.
I don’t think you could or else you would be in a constant state of change and confusion, so it is best if you work from the higher spiritual being you are.
So realize you are not the problem, you are not the emotion you are not attached to the outcome. Just be your higher self. You are an observant, so do not be attached to the outcome. I know it’s easier said then done but it isn’t super hard to do and doesn’t take long. So here’s the steps to being aware:
1) Breathe deeply.
2) Be in this present moment, do not worry about the future, do not worry about the past, just enjoy the current moment. Even if it’s looking at a passing cloud.
3) Do step one and acknowledge your past, let it go by doing the Ho’oponopono process.
