I recently went through and re-did the core influence exercise by Frank Kern.
This exercise really wakes you up, anyway here’s some points for you…
You have a Shell identity and a Core identity.
It’s basically who you are and who you really are. Let me elaborate….
So you have your shell identity, e.g. I am a banker, network Marketer, internet marketer, rockstar, dating coach, pro skateboarder, etc…

Just a quick set of fun facts I learned about the body….

That is just awesome, so to get rid of the stuff in your body that is messing you up. Get rid of that limiting program.
