“If you want to view paradise, Then simply look around and view it,
Anything you want to, do it, want to change the world? There’s nothing to it.”
Hey all,
Okay so as you saw on my twitter and facebook status’s I watched one of my favourite childhood films, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
There are so many little lessons in there, if taken the right way, really serve you. Now I know some people are totally scared shitless by this movie because of the infamous tunnel scene. Anyway this certain song really hits home and I love it.
Pure imagination, sang by Gene Wilder, who played Willy Wonka. So what does that have to do with you?
Well Willy has just taken the winners of the golden ticket into his factory and they enter the chocolate room. Every kid wanted this room as a kid…. Yeah you know you did to.
The biggest influence of this song pure imagination was that it really makes sense. That opening header is a lyric from the song. It is so true though, because if you want to view paradise, look around because paradise is what you make it to be. Anything you want, go for it, you would be ahead of 90% of people. Changing the world isn’t a hard thing, it begins with changing yourself…. or better yet changing the bad habits and transforming the good ones.
Change – This is a daunting task at times, change is pretty much something you do to bad habits, or personality traits that no longer serve you. I.e. becoming more confident.
Transformation – Taking a trait you are good at and serves you and taking it to the next stage of development E.g. Taking the good trait of being talkative and pushing it to charismatic!
So seriously today, just go out there, pick up on what you want, and go with your imagination!.
