Growing up in an entrepreneurial home, Rich Schefren made sure that this was a massive advantage. Graduating college with a degree in accounting, he took over a failing retail business in Manhattan, New York. Within a few years, the 22 year old Rich Schefren had turned this failing business completely around. It had been doing $1 million a year in revenue and at the time the business was sold off, it had been turning over $4 million a year.

Rich Schefren then took on the task of opening a franchise with only $5,000. Again within a few years, he had transformed this $5,000 investment into a chain of hypnosis centers pulling in over $7 million a year.

This eventually lead Rich Schefren into internet marketing. His success in Internet Marketing didn’t come quickly though. As many people can relate, he was sold on the dream of sitting at the beach with your laptop and check your commission stats. Of course he been sold on that dream. This lead him down that old familiar path… The buy as many pipe dreams as possible, work more hours than you would at a 9-5 and still make less money.

This drove him crazy for a year. This was until he decided to sit down and read his journal that he had been keeping. After writing out his miserable day’s experiences, Rich Schefren came across his old journal entries about how he had created two multimillion dollar empires.

In his journal he found the answer to his problems… He had to stop acting as an “opportunity seeker” but rather place become a strategic thinker again. It was at this point Rich Schefren made a decision to transfer his business to his original strengths.
