I just picked up my old copy of unlimited power within by Anthony Robbins. On page 312 he says something about a 10 day mental challenge. To quote him...
"The mark of a champion is consistency, how you get consistent is by force of habit."
So his suggestion is that we do a challenge, where you can not dwell [...]
