Hey guys,
Here's the thing, UFC 117 is on tonight and I can't wait to see the results to the fights, you have Clay Guida who is looking in the best shape of his career.
Earlier this week on ESPN, Clay's team mate Rashad Evans, went on to say that,
"Clay's been training really hard with Greg Jackson, and has been running up the Sand dune hills with someone on his back"
